Description
As Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for :
- Maintain professional contact with repair suppliers for warehouse equipment.
- Facilitating optimal communication between different teams and business units.
- Managing, following up and informing stakeholders about warehouse equipment evolution and proper flow in consultation with the warehouse.
- Managing and following up the lease of third parties from start to finish.
- Follow up the expiration of the equipment.
- Develop performance reporting tools to monitor KPI's in real time.
- Ensure transfer to Claims to initiate recourse where necessary following repair units.
- Ensure correct reporting of equipment statuses.
- Ensure correct and proactive administrative handling.
Profile
You have the following qualities:
- You have experience with Microsoft package (Excel/Word).
- Experience with transportation & warehousing activities is an asset.
