Description

As Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for :

  • Maintain professional contact with repair suppliers for warehouse equipment.
  • Facilitating optimal communication between different teams and business units.
  • Managing, following up and informing stakeholders about warehouse equipment evolution and proper flow in consultation with the warehouse.
  • Managing and following up the lease of third parties from start to finish.
  • Follow up the expiration of the equipment.
  • Develop performance reporting tools to monitor KPI's in real time.
  • Ensure transfer to Claims to initiate recourse where necessary following repair units.
  • Ensure correct reporting of equipment statuses.
  • Ensure correct and proactive administrative handling.

Profile

You have the following qualities:

  • You have experience with Microsoft package (Excel/Word).
  • Experience with transportation & warehousing activities is an asset.
