Are you the enthusiastic Communication & Talent Officer we are looking for? We are seeking a versatile and creative person who will play a key role in Learning & Development, Communication, and Wellbeing. Your main point of contact will be the Communication, Wellbeing & Talent Manager.
What do we expect from you?
• Ambassador and practical organizer of training, personal growth & development
o You gain insight into the ECS Training Academy and become an ambassador for training and personal development within ECS. You also leave your mark on the training offerings for our foreign offices.
o You configure the training offerings in the Learning Management System, of which you are the expert.
o You capture training needs from the organization together with the HR Business Partners and translate these into concrete training offerings.
o You handle specific training requests from employees so they can focus on personal growth and development.
o You maintain close contact with training centres for external training and ensure good organization of the training offerings. Additionally, you guide new trainers within ECS.
o You are responsible for the administrative aspect of training, ranging from applying for and following up on subsidies to drafting a training agreement.
o Finally, you know how to respond solution-oriented to ad hoc training issues.
• Facilitator of Performance & Engagement
o You are a key figure in the performance & evaluation process by managing and guiding it through the Talent Management System, in consultation with your HR stakeholders.
o You contribute ideas on how to use the Talent Management System to support managers in the personal development of their team members.
o You help guide the actions that follow from engagement measurements via the Talent Management System.
• Strong communicator and digital all-rounder
o You manage our internal communication platforms (intranet, screens, etc.) in consultation with your supervisor.
o You contribute ideas on how to elevate external communication through various channels (website, social media, etc.).
o You are creative and have a feel for digital platforms like Canva and Instagram to develop communication campaigns.
• Point of contact for welcoming new employees and organizing company & school visits
o You are the primary contact for welcoming new ECS employees and make them feel at home from day one. You provide administrative support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
o Additionally, you help organize and facilitate company and school visits.
• Inspirator of the Wellbeing policy
o You support the implementation of the Wellbeing policy, such as organizing sports initiatives, sponsorships, and company events. Our employees are our greatest asset!

Who are you?
• First and foremost, you are eager to learn and ready to roll up your sleeves. You embody the ECS values and are excited to join our fantastic HR team.
• Additionally, you have a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in HR is a strong asset but not a requirement.
• You are communicative and do not hesitate to approach new employees, students, trainers, etc. In fact, this energizes you!
• You are hands-on and know how to get things done. With your organizational skills, everything is arranged in no time.
