We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder who will play an important role in learning & development, wellbeing, and communication.
What do we expect from you?
- Ambassador of personal growth & development
- You will handle training requests from employees so they can focus on personal growth and development.
- As a contact person, you will maintain close contact with various training organizations. You will consult with them to ensure good organization of the training offer and guide new trainers within ECS.
- You will provide administrative support throughout the training process.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for applying for and following up on training subsidies.
- Finally, you will also play an important role in ad hoc training issues.
- Go-to person for welcoming new employees and organizing company visits
- You are the face of welcoming new ECS employees and make them feel at home from day one. You provide administrative support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Additionally, you assist in organizing and facilitating company and school visits.
- Inspirer of the wellbeing & attention policy
- You are responsible for supporting actions that are part of the wellbeing policy. Think of organizing sports initiatives, sponsorships, and providing administrative support for the setup and operation of company events.
- As an HR officer, you are the driving force behind the attention policy. Our employees feel highly appreciated because you think of them on important occasions such as the birth of their child, work anniversaries, retirement, etc.
- Strong communicator and digital all-rounder
- You manage our internal communication platform during colleagues' absences.
- The digital world does not scare you. You are familiar with digital platforms, tools, and social media such as Canvas and Instagram.
Profile
Who are you?
- First and foremost, you are eager to learn and ready to roll up your sleeves. You embody the ECS values and are excited to join our fantastic HR team.
- Additionally, you have a bachelor's degree or have gained professional experience.
- Experience in HR is a strong asset but not a requirement.
- You are communicative and do not hesitate to approach new employees, students, trainers, etc. In fact, this energizes you!
- You are hands-on and know how to get things done. With your organizational skills, everything is arranged in no time.
