Your Role & Responsibilities
- Complete management of major accounts: From A to Z, you provide excellent service.
- Daily follow-up of transport orders: You are the hub in our logistics process.
- Proactive communication: Inform customers promptly about any issues or delays, keeping them well-informed.
- Creative problem-solving: Think along with the customer and offer cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiating additional costs: Ensure maximum recovery and negotiate any extra costs.
Working Hours
- Rotating schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM

Profile
Your Profile
You possess the following qualities and characteristics:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in customer service or the logistics sector.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Assertive
- A true team player, not a silo thinker. You switch effortlessly between different accounts.
